Golf Beginners 1

Having started the game as an eager 8 year old David Whyte flourished as a Junior representing Ireland and Leinster at U21 level. He turned professional at 20 and trained at Killarney Golf and Fishing Club in the early 90s. Now with 20 plus years experience in teaching beginners, improvers and elite golfers David has worked with some of the world's best golf coaches. Most notably Mac O'Grady, two time PGA Tour winner and former coach to Major winners Seve Ballesteros, V.J. Singh, José María Olazábal, and Steve Elkington. David has also worked closely with Matt Belsham, coach to Irish Open winner Jamie Donaldson and many other Tour players. At Frankfield Golf Academy David now caters for golfers of all abilities and with Michael Ryan PGA he runs a highly welcoming and successful Junior Coaching Program for kids aged 6-13 years.
