Kickboxing is a high energy exercise that involves kicking and punching in a controlled and technical manner. Students will benefit from increased fitness, concentration and flexibility within a relatively short time if training. Respect and self-control are important values conveyed to the student from the very start. The exercisers require and will gain improved hand-eye coordination, agility and mental strength.

Julian Dalton is a multiple World-, European- and National champion in both, Kickboxing and the Korean art of Taekwon-Do. Julian started his martial arts training at the age of 4 and currently holds a 3rd Dan.
Class begins Monday 26-09-2022 at 20:00 - 21:30 in the Sports Hall. The classes run for 10 weeks.
All equipment and materials will be provided.
