Suitable for all levels but particularly designed for people who find it difficult to exercise on the floor. 

Resistance bands and small Pilates balls will be used alternatively during the course with music.

Paula Arozamena is from Buenos Aires where she trained as a dancer and a Pilates instructor. She has been living in Cork since 1997 working in the arts and exercise fields.
Class begins Wednesday 14-01-2024 at 3:15 - 4:15 in the Library. The classes run for 8 weeks.
