These classes are design for people with reduced mobility who find it difficult to exercise on the floor.

Resistance bands and small Pilates balls will be used alternatively during the course, and music.

Class begins Wednesday 06-09-2023 at 3:15 - 4:15 in the Fitness Suite. The classes run for 8 weeks.
