With the beat of music focus on Pilates exercises which will improve co-ordination, balance and control. Includes warm-up at the start, posture, breathing, core, tone, stretching, and relaxation to finish, to enhance our health. Suitable for beginners.

Class begins Tuesday 13-02-2024 at 18:00 - 19:30 in the Fitness Suite FS. The classes run for 10 weeks.
