With the beat of music focus on Pilates exercises which will improve co-ordination, balance and control. Includes warm-up at the start, posture, breathing, core, tone, stretching, and relaxation to finish, to enhance our health. Suitable for those who have practised Pilates before.
This class runs for 10 weeks from 7.30pm-9pm, commencing Monday the 24th of February. Classes will not run through mid term breaks
