With the beat of music focus on Pilates exercises which will improve co-ordination, balance and control. Includes warm-up at the start, posture, breathing, core, tone, stretching, and relaxation to finish, to enhance our health. Suitable for those who have practised Pilates before.

Paula Arozamena is from Buenos Aires where she trained as a dancer and a Pilates instructor.
She has been living in Cork since 1997 working in the arts and exercise fields.

This class runs for 10 weeks from 7.30pm-9pm, commencing Monday the 23rd of September. Classes will not run through mid term breaks or Bank holidays.
Please bring your own mat.
