With the beat of music focus on Pilates exercises which will improve co-ordination, balance and control. Includes warm-up at the start, posture, breathing, core, tone, stretching, and relaxation to finish, to enhance our health. Suitable for those who have practised Pilates before.
Class begins Tuesday 05-09-2023 at 20:05 - 21:30 in the Fitness Suite FS. The classes run for 10 weeks.
