Due to such high demand for Emma’s Strength and Mobility class last term, we are now offering 2 classes. Both classes are the same and are suitable for all levels. The class includes mobility, resistance, machine-based and core exercises.
This class runs for 12 weeks from 6.30pm -7.30pm, commencing Wednesday the 26th of February. Classes will not run through mid term breaks. The course will run 7 straight weeks until Easter break with a further 5 weeks after Easter Break.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring a towel and water!
