Both strength and mobility classes are the same and are suitable for all levels. The class includes mobility, resistance, machine-based and core exercises.

This class runs for 10 weeks from 6.30pm -7.30pm, commencing Wednesday the 24th of September. Classes will not run through mid term break (29th of Oct) or during the week of the School Play (19th of Nov)
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring a towel and water!
